Mission and vision
This year our mission as a rally commission is to create the most participated rally the JCV have had before. Our vision is to create a rally containing a minimum of 50 cars and at least 100 participants. We would like to include more alumni to the rally, and more externals such as friends, family and business relationships. But still having safety/obedience on the road.
