Mission and vision
Our mission as the Rally commission is to create a rally for JCV members, with the highest participation grade possible. Our vision is to create a rally containing a minimum of 50 cars and at least 100 participants. We would like to include alumni to the rally, and more externals such as friends, family, and business relationships. But still having safety/obedience on the road.
